Introduction
Microsoft Office consists of a suite of software applications including Word (word processor), Excel (spreadsheet), Access (database), Power Point (presentation) and Outlook (e-mail).
One other very useful Office software within the Office environment is Publisher. This is used for the rapid design of glossy leaflets, newsletters and posters. With the exception of Publisher, all the above, mentioned software come under the MS Office suite license.
Publisher can be purchased as a standalone application, or as part of the MS Office, but at an extra cost.
